You can download it here: Windows USBtinyISP driver built with libusb v1.12. The windows binaries below are built for this driver. If you want to use the latest WinAVR use this! If you are using 64 bit windows Vista or 7 (or you're just plain having annoying problems with the driver above) trythe Windows 7 x64 bit driver. You'll still need to click the button taht says "install anyways" when it complains its not verified. For historic reasons we have a: Windows USBtinyISP driver built with libusb v1.10. Use this for older WinAVR's.
